These go great on top of our Quinoa Salad!
Candied Walnuts, with a KickPrint Recipe
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar and spices and mix well.
Toss the walnuts in the sauce to coat evenly.
Bake on a sheet for 10-15 minutes. Watch closely to keep from burning.
Allow to cool and chop them up or eat them whole!
