    I would like to follow a vegan diet but I must avoid high salt content.
    I also suffer from gallstones so low fat is crucial as well.
    I am disappointed not to see the mg. of salt, calories, fat content, etc, listed for all your recipes.
    Is it possible to add this kind of information, please?

      Hi Susan, it’s several extra steps to add that information and we provide blog content completely free of charge, so I need to be mindful of the time invested. I’m sure it’s not too difficult to calculate that information based on the ingredients. You can leave the salt out entirely and be mindful of the amount of vegan butter that you use. Other than those two ingredients, I don’t know what else might be a source of sodium. All the best!
