Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup orange juice (coconut water will do too!)

Instructions

measure one cup of each of the frozen fruit listed

put your frozen fruit in your blender ( we use a vitamix)

add your cup of liquid (orange juice)

blend away! don't blend too long, you're looking for a thick consistenty that you scoop out with a spatula

place in a bowl (perhaps on a bed of granola) and add some of your favorite toppings
